    4 prepaid workouts. Your once per week training option. Unused sessions will rollover for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks that unused session will expire. Additional sessions can be purchased for $65 each if you'd like to sprinkle some extra training in there, and for those months with 5 weeks.

  • Optimal

    $594/mo

    Your 8 workout per month option. This membership is the perfect solution for people looking to maximize strength and muscular gains in a sustainable way. If you're looking to train 8 times per month (suggested 2x per week), choose this membership option! Unused sessions will rollover for 6 weeks until such a time that they will expire.

  • Ultimate

    $766/mo

    This membership is for those who have their sleep, nutrition, stress, and focus aligned with the optimal patterns, and are looking to maximize their genetic potential of muscle mass. Train 12 times per month (suggested 3x per week), and let your trainer use the latest and greatest science to concoct a plan that fits your goals.
