Body composition is one of the best indicators of overall health (see post). The feedback you receive from your InBody 570 test can be used to measure the success of your nutrition and/or exercise program, monitor excess body fat (a risk factor for major diseases) and fine tune your health & fitness goals.
InBody assessments create an accurate benchmark from which to track your progress. Understanding where you are creates a roadmap for where you want to go. By closely monitoring your Body Composition you create the personal accountability required to reach the desired destination.

MedX Nutrition Coaching is powered by Precision Nutrition’s ProCoach and is designed for men and women with busy lives who want personal accountability, a simple nutrition program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.
The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. We help our clients build the habits they need to get results that last for the rest of their lives.
