As a result, all of our clients build muscle, enhance their cardiovascular efficiency, raise their metabolic rates, improve ALL markers of cellular health (including lowering their blood pressure), lose fat and dramatically improve their strength and functional ability— without wasting one minute of their time.
Our workouts require only 20 minutes of our clients’ time and are performed in aver as little as once per week. We employ a personalized, one-on-one low force, slow (or motionless) protocol that thoroughly and safely recruits and stimulates all three muscle fibre types (slow twitch, intermediate twitch and fast twitch).

BOD POD | Body Composition Analysis
Body composition is one of the best indicators of overall health (see post). The feedback you receive from your BOD POD test can be used to measure the success of your nutrition and/or exercise program, monitor excess body fat (a risk factor for major diseases) and fine tune your health & fitness goals.
Bod Pod assessments create an accurate benchmark from which to track your progress. Understanding where you are creates a roadmap for where you want to go. By closely monitoring your Body Composition you create the personal accountability required to reach the desired destination.
