Our Proven Process
Measured Results, Meaningful Feedback
The MedX Method is that it is built upon a foundation of ‘evidence-based’ exercise. This ‘evidence-based’ paradigm is something we are very passionate about as it guarantees better results and a safer training experience in less time.
The evidence is in; there are no ‘non-responders’ to resistance training and everyone performs better when coached. Each repetition, individual set and point of fatigue will be professionally guided by one of our expert trainers.
Our goal is to engage you in a system that continually challenges you and enables you to produce the best possible results.
01 // goals & strength assessmenT
We learn all about you, your goals, your motivations and your fitness history. We then perform a series of strength tests using our ViiV-Rx isometric strength training machine to establish a baseline to accurately track and measure your future progress.
INTRODUCTION TO THE MEDX METHOD
02 // Intro & body composition
Our 8-session starter program kicks off with an InBody 570 reading to assess your current body composition; then gives you a full-body workout which provides the right amount of education to guarantee the fastest strength increases possible.
03 // A PERSONAL APPROACH
As you journey through your first 8 weeks with us, you will pick up a very well defined working knowledge of the requirements of productive exercise.
During this period we will customize your workout based on your goals, and your trainer will provide the optimal amount of science-based coaching, supervision and accountability to ensure you achieve long-term progress.
04 // MEASURED RESULTS, MEANINGFUL FEEDBACK
Every 12 weeks you will meet with our Director of Client Experience to review the progress in your workout chart, measure body compositional changes using our InBody machine, and perform the same series of strength tests you did at your introductory visit. This will objectively provide data on how far you’ve come as a result of our methods.
REVIEW AND DISCUSS
05 // GOAL ASSESSMENT
A) If you are happy with the progress you’ve made, and the path you’re on, we will stay the course.
B) If you have new goals, now is the time to discuss, make adjustments, and repeat the process again.
