Our Proven Process

An Introduction

Measured Results, Meaningful Feedback

Fitness trainer and male trainee using leg press. The MedX Method is that it is built upon a foundation of ‘evidence-based’ exercise. This ‘evidence-based’ paradigm is something we are very passionate about as it guarantees better results and a safer training experience in less time.

The evidence is in; there are no ‘non-responders’ to resistance training and everyone performs better when coached. Each repetition, individual set and point of fatigue will be professionally guided by one of our expert trainers.

Our goal is to engage you in a system that continually challenges you and enables you to produce the best possible results.
